Wow did this summer fly by!! I enjoyed seeing some of my regulars for sessions at the beach and meeting some new clients who I hope to see year after year. This crew of little loves made my summer super special and chaotic all at the same time. The photos with me in them were captured by my talented 10 year old who is more help to me than I think he even knows! Capture those memories friends… they grow up in a blink!
As a Photographer once we are deep into Spring scouting locations for my clients is key!!! The pink blooms of May have fallen and during this time of year while the temperature usually agrees with us beautiful backdrops require some creativity. We had a blast tying in the local train station, downtown shops with flower boxes and some of the last roses of the season. This family has grown quite a bit since their last session about 4 years ago and it was a blast catching up!
Thrilled for these Villanova Graduates who have been so resilient during 2020 and 2021!!! They finally got the celebration they deserved and I was able to capture just some of the fun. Do amazing things Wildcats!!! Your friends and families are so proud!
With the way 2020 has been going this Celebration was long overdue!! This beautiful little girl worked so hard preparing for her First Holy Communion and I was thrilled to capture her family on the day of before she recieved the Sacrament. God Bless!
We have one more week of “vacation” before my kids start virtual learning and I was lucky enough to take a few days to be all in on the fun. This past week the kids and I spent a gorgeous morning in Cape May NJ. They humored me with a photo session of our own followed by breakfast at the Mad Batter. One of the highlights was being able to lean on my 9 yr old’s photography shills to capture a few precious images of Sara and I in our Mother Daughter pink dresses. I have to confess I had 4 dresses with me for Sara and we managed to fit in 3… insert eye roll I would typically have for others that tried to do the same lol! When I have a client session I never suggest this because even without the outfit changes we lose interest from toddlers quickly. Good thing big bros brought the fun and the silliness that kept things moving along! I know some of you are already in the thick of it with some schools starting this week but for others like me enjoy these last of the summer days!!! Treasure these moments!
Thrilled to capture Dear Friends this weekend in Wildwood. What a year 2020 has been for us all … this family in particular has shown such resilience and they truly have some things to celebrate down by the ocean this summer! I can just feel the love in these images!
This extended family session kept me laughing and the kids had me on my toes but at the end of the day we were able to capture this special moment in time with 3 generations at the Shore! Its so special to be able to be a part of these moments year after year with clients as they take time to be with family on vacation or for the whole season.
I had a blast with this extended family on the Beach and Boards a few weeks ago as I wrapped up the last of the Jersey Shore sessions. I’ve been photographing one of the families since the children were infants and it’s been a pleasure watching their personalities take shape along the way. It was great to see them have some fun with their cousins and of course to capture all of them with Oma who was the reason the group got together. The session was a gift for her and I just know she will treasure the memories for years to come!
This post might just motivate my sleepyhead clients to set their alarm for an early morning session at the shore. The kiddos are typically full of giggles and energy and lets be honest everyone can be bribed with donuts after the shoot! This extended family enjoyed the beach with a gorgeous sky you only see an hour or so after sunrise. What a beautiful family and what a beautiful morning!
It was so great getting to know this family of four. They were referred my way from a long time client and friend. Such a small world to know they live less than a mile away from me back in Pennsylvania. Little Miss S made us work for most of her smiles which was fine by me since I can only imagine how she felt about our session interrupting her dinner time routine. Mom did everything right to set us up for success with great outfits and plenty of snacks to help out when the kiddos needed some encouragement. I knew we’d be able to capture the love this family had for each other in the end :)! Enjoy the peek!
